I’m Chris.

Despite my somewhat sombre-looking photo, i’m actually quite the laugh-a-minute type of chap.

Where you are now, website-wise, has been through many incarnations. My first website was a very-much failed attempt at an “Alternative” social networking website, bearing the name Uber-Goth.co.uk. I shortly realised not only the enormity of the project ahead of me, but also that the domain I registered for 2 years absolutely sucked. Project abandoned.

liquidBorn, up until now, has been no more than a glorified index page – with not much purpose. I’ve since realised that i’m paying monthly for the privilege of owning webspace – and I might as well use it. The logical step was to jump on the cultural bandwaggon and start a blog. Oh yes.

I chose the name liquidBorn from the lyrics to the song “Arena” by VNV Nation – from their Matter + Form album. This is a beautiful song which I hold very close to me for nostalgic purposes…

So, about me. I’m currently 22, recently unemployed – hence the abundance of spare time and the hunger to fill it with something of substance. Aside from this, my hobbies include: Online Gaming, Design, and Music Production.
